“Fair and Honest Recycling focused on Community Giving”

Great Lakes has been a pillar of Recycling in the Community of Oswego since 2009. For over a decade, Great Lakes has been locally owned, operated, and employed in order to provide a transparent, honest, and welcoming recycling experience.

Whether you’re a new or returning customer, our philosophy has always been to provide you with an honest and transparent redeeming process. Our utilization of state of the art automated can counters creates an up-front redemption process for everyone involved.

While we recycle over three million pounds of aluminum and glass annually, Great Lakes isn’t just a New York State certified recycling center. We are also proud to offer discounted deals on Pepsi products, cases of water, propane, and locally made sauces and dressings courtesy of Canale’s Restaurant.
